A lifelong friend and client had always planned to retire to the scenic beachfront of Maikkulama, Sri Lanka. With a career in property development, he envisioned designing and constructing an apartment complex. This project would include four studio apartment - one for his personal use and three rentals. Planned amenities featured an indoor plunge pool, a restaurant/bar, a serviced office space, and beachfront entertainment.

The design brief allowed for flexibility, with a main focus of creating a modern complex with multiple amenities that would set it apart from the local competition. We were involved throughout the entire process, from producing floor plan layouts to managing the design aesthetics and sourcing all FF&E for the final fit-out.

Our client is now in Sri Lanka overseeing the final phase of the project and is deeply appreciative of our work. He is thrilled to see his vision come to life.
