We offered a variety of services throughout this project, including floor plan arrangements, CGIs and marketing. Our client foresaw a modern aesthetic aligned with a clean, unique interior – ensuring an abundance of natural light and unobstructed views of its rural surroundings. Our work featured on both Rightmove and Zoopla, alongside social media - acquiring necessary exposure to potential buyers.
The property sold to a family back in 2021. Both developer and buyers are extremely pleased with the work we delivered and we are very proud of the efforts we contributed towards this stunning restoration.
A local property developer in Bedford approached us to design a bespoke home in the heart of Biddenham. The goal was to create a property that seamlessly blended with the surrounding homes while highlighting the unique character of the village. The exterior, featuring local stone, paired perfectly with the warm, modern interior, appealing to a broad range of potential buyers. Our vision was to craft an ideal family home that would sell quickly, setting a new benchmark for future developments in the area.
We believe our efforts were exceptional, and the client was thrilled with the result. The property sold off-plan in 2022, and we gained valuable experience that we look forward to applying to future projects.
